Wonderful method from Mongolian tradition. This powerful technique uses dance, circular chakra breathing and activation of the Heart to connect us to our own source and enter deep into Universal Heart of All That Is.
Ending in Shiva Shakti Yantra, symbolising reunion of Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine and Heaven and Earth.

This meditation can be practised in couples or alone.
