Sacred Prayer Dance

This meditative dance practice draws on the classical Indian tradition of Bharatanatyam, paired with a translated verse from the ancient Sanskrit text Ananda Lahari, a devotional hymn to the Divine Feminine. Through graceful movement and precise hand mudras, participants embody a living prayer to the Divine Mother.

The result is a deeply grounding, heart-opening experience, offering a state of moving meditation like no other.

Nada Yoga: the Yoga of Sound

Explore the transformative power of sound through Nada Yoga, the yoga of inner vibration and deep listening. This gentle yet profound practice uses vocal toning, mantra, and meditative listening to attune to subtle inner sound (nada) and still the busy mind.

Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, aligning sound with chakra locations allows you to connect with your inner self, expand awareness, and experience sound as a path to presence and insight. No singing experience needed, just a willingness to listen, sound, and soften.
