AFRO CONNECTION DANCE WITH LIVE DRUMMING
Explore what African rhythms give to us: connect with your body, raise your energy level, feel the beat of mother earth, dance in community, be free and above all: celebrate life! In Afro connection dance with live drumming, we explore the concepts of identity, creativity and authenticity through movement inspired by traditional West African rhythms. We feel the beat of the drums in our body, becoming one, connecting with our ancestral memory, coming back to roots and offering our dance as a celebration of communion with mother earth.
EMBODIED HATHA FLOW
Inspired by embodied flow hatha yoga, somatic movement, bodyfulness, and dance techniques, Find your flow is a slow-paced but dynamic class accessible to all who wish to take the time to contemplate and listen to the body-mind in motion. We work in the foundations of yoga asanas understanding that the embodied self held in a conscious, contemplative, and non-judgmental environment will lead us to re-establish the connection and unity between mind, body and soul.
